Coaching
Women over 30 often find themselves at a crossroads, carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, chronic pain, or complex emotional scars from relationships, domestic violence, or childhood trauma. This is where I come in - as a coach with lived experience with childhood trauma, domestic violence, emotional abuse, depression, suicidal ideation, stalking, chronic pain and addictions (smoking, perfectionist, workaholic, eating, shopping, cleaning etc) I offer more than just textbook solutions. I bring a deep, personal understanding of the emotional and physical toll trauma can take on your life, as well as the tools to help you find healing.

Emotional Release Work
This gentle yet powerful form of bodywork helps your body release trapped energy and tension. In a laid-out position on the floor, I guide you through a process designed to gradually "fatigue" the body, allowing it to naturally let go of excess energy that it’s been holding onto for protection.
Often, the body holds onto trauma and resists releasing it, even when we no longer need that protection. Emotional Release Therapy supports the release of stress, suppressed emotions, and deeply rooted trauma stored within the body.
